Great tutors. They really go above and beyond to give you the help you need with your studies. I'm currently in my second year at the business school.

BA (Hons) English and Creative Writing @ BCU

reviewed on April 2, 2014

There is a massive difference in the two campus areas. City North is diabolical, the area is run down and unpleasant to live in, not to mention it is next to impossible to get a job. The city centre is much more modern and accommodating to a good uni experience. The teaching itself is of a high quality. Lecturers always have indepth knowledge on their topics and are willing to delve deeper if you want to. The social side leaves a bit to be desired as there is very little variety in what is offered and there is no place for musicians of different genres to meet and create bands.

MSc Marketing Practice @ BCU

Overall it was good though there were a few lecturers that I found to be quite disappointing. The campus was satisfactory. Socially, I had a blast. I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking for a good university in the midlands.

MA Media and Creative Enterprise @ BCU

One year studying at BCU has helped me unlock my potential, strength and made me more confident. More important, it is a strong foundation for my personal and career development. After the course, I still frequently associated with my previous tutor and schoolmates for life updates. I think BCU is a good choice in terms of financial affordability and academic quality for Vietnamese students, especially with their key courses like media, broadcasting, PR, etc.

MA Public Relations @ BCU

It was a great experience and precious time studying at BCU in The Media school for me. The lecturers are enthusiastic. The school staff is helpful. I have found many good friends both native and international as well. The Media School has just moved to Birmingham's city center in the new campus which is amazingly modern and cool. I don't have chance to study in the new campus but guess it would be a plus point for future students in consideration taking a course at BCU, especially in media.
