BA (Hons) Events Management @ UCB

Most teaching staff are very helpful and attentive. The course is varied and interesting, there is a good range of assessment methods. The old building needs updating however the new building is very modern and the environment and facilities are a lot nicer.

BA (Hons) Childhood Studies @ UCB

The course is great. I'm enjoying it. The course was insightful and I learnt a lot about how children can be best supported. I learnt that professionalism is essential and that practitioners must be both friendly and firm. I'm working on placement and the experience is rewarding. I learnt that working with children takes a lot of responsibility and that my role as an assistant practitioner is to contribute to children's learning to ensure they have the learning skills ready to use when they enter into pre-school. Uni offered me help with note-taking during my lectures as I am partially deaf. I'm fortunate they gave me a lot of support. I also met a lot of people from my course and I'm enjoying my social life! Life is awesome!

MSc Hospitality with Tourism Management @ UCB

reviewed on April 24, 2013

Good programme but campus was quite small since the post grad suite was separate from main campus. Facilities provided in the centre were not enough, post grad students had to walk to main campus to use IT resources, library and canteen.

The city was great place where students can have fun and enjoy both study and lifestyle.
